This place started out great but went down hill each summer I went there.

For whoever said they ate here on Valentines Day 2008.....That‘s to bad to hear they weren‘t even open! I was sad to see the resturant close.....It was the best!

Yuck! Worst seafood and steak ever! Overpriced not worth it! My husband and I thought we would treat ourselves to a fancy Valentines Day Supper and we were not happy! Nice Service Horrible food!

We tried the bistro at the suggestion of our hotel front desk clerk and we are glad we did! The wine flights were a new thing for us- to bbe able to try several wines with dinner. We like that they serve scissors with crab legs as it makes them easy to eat and the crab legs were hugh. We will be regulars when we are in Okoboji

this place was reco‘d by a convenience store clerk and we are glad we followed her advice. The steaks were great even though this is a fish and seafood restuarant. We had the best grilled shrimp cocktails we ever had. Our waitress Ann was wonderful and the owner Larry even came over to thank us for coming to dinner. We felt very welcome in our blue jeans.

We had dinner tonight with our friends and then went shopping in the Marketplace and wine cellar. We all decided to write reviews so everyone would know how great this place is. It is unique for Okoboji to have such a fun restaurant and a great food marketplace under one roof.

We found a new item on the menu tonight- grilled shrimp served with risoto. Best seafood we have ever had. Bill at the bar makes great martinis

Glad this restaurant stays open for the winter. The crab legs are to die for. Really nice wine slection. Prices are great.

Gave it another try and the food was bland and service slow.

We attended the wine tasting and king crableg cookout last week. What a lot of fun. Wine, beer, crablegs and live music outside. This place is really creative.

we were in Okoboji last weekend for vacation and found this place. We loved it. Best seafood in the midwest and pretty good prices. Even got to meet the chef.

Tried my first sushi night last night and I will be back every Wednesday. the sushi was great and it wasn‘t all with raw fish. Must admit I like the saki bombs too.

I am in Okoboji from Louisiana and didn‘t even know you folks had seafood. Saw this place on this website. OOOOh- you are living well in the midwest.

We are from Des Moines and the seafood is sure better than what we get a home and the prices a lot cheaper. Great place for great food and wine. Brandon waws our waiter and he really made the experience fun.

My wife and I are regulars years around. The food and service are excelllent. This is a very creative bistro restuarant with limited seating and an extensive wine cellar. They always advertise that you should make a reservation and if people came over the holiday without them sure they had to wait. It is also not a fast food restaurant. Food is not thrown at you.
If you want a creative dining experience then this is the place.
If you want fast food-try Mcdonalds

Read the reviews and decided to go over the holiday. The wait to be seated was really long(and I know it was a busy holiday week). The food took forever and was barely tempid at best. Our server didn‘t get to the table for at least 10 mins and then another painful wait for the drinks. Perhaps it was time for her break, but for being busy, no one seemed to have any sense of urgency regarding service. Hopefully this was just a bad night, but I don‘t think so.

I htought this restaurant was good when it was the okobnoji lobster and wine company. As the new bistro it is really cool. Good fresh fish and really creative food. Servers are friendly.

Wow! I know Larry and Cris the owners and this was my first time at the restaurant since it became a bistro. They wanted all creative food and they sure got it. Nice new main level seating and they have shellfish. Chef Luke is really knocking them out of the ball park with his entrees
