The Gardens is family friendly all day until 9 pm when it turns into a 21 and over bar. Inside there are pool tables, dart boards, and oftentimes live music. The Gardens boasts the cutest waitresses on the lake. The new menu includes a variety of burgers as well as healthier options such as delicious salads, fruit platters, and wraps. At night the bar is the perfect location for your bachelorette outing. Best of all, you don't have to drive. Come in your boat, and come as you are!

This place is amazing with a GREAT new owner, AMAZING food, FANTASTIC staff, and SUPERB music which makes this the best bar in the area of Arnolds Park. Where else can you sit outside or inside by the windows right on West Okoboji lake and watch the sunset...NO WHERE!! I would recommend this to everyone I know and to those who waited for staff to seat them...Its a bar you are suppose to seat yourself.

We walked in this evening, and after waiting a minute for a waitress/waiter to seat us, we seated ourselve. After waiting fifteen more minutes for someone to greet us, ask us if we wanted a drink, a menu, whatever, we finally got up and walked out. The Lakes area if full of great restaurants. We won‘t be back to The Gardens.

Our group had a horriable experience at the Gardens. We were treated very poorly by staff. I‘ve been a server for years, and I was shocked at the way this resturant handled a simple mistake on their part!

New ownership and managment are great. We are glad to have the Gardens back. They also have "Gardens to Go" Great sandwiches and salads!
