customer service does not exist at this place and they are way over priced on their services!

We reserved the glass bottom boat FOR MY BACHELORETTE PARTY 2 months in advance and when we got there they had rented it to some other bachelor party. Our only other option was to have a jetski. We said no thanks and went to Mau Marine, Inc. and got a pontoon and had A BLAST! I definitely recommend them to anyone!

Reserved a boat from there two months in advance. When we went to pick it up, they rented the boat we had reserved. We were picky about which one we wanted. Poor customer service.

we had a blast, and would do again any time, got in fast and had no problems.

We reserved a pontoon with a roof 2 months in advance and when we got there they had rented it to someone else. Our only other option was to have a driver with the other one they had. We said no thanks and went to Funtime Rentals where it was a pleasure doing business with them.
