Very disappointed, , checkin lady was a grouch, rooms smelled moldy, windows were dirty, had condensation between glass, could not enjoy view from room. Silverfish in shower, halls very unkept, dirty. As for the groomed beach, most of it is open to the public and has weeds growing everywhere, one place right up to the water. This place needs a lot of work, simply run-down. The bar and resturant on the other hand were very good, prices and food! Okoboji is a great place but this place certainly distracted from an otherwiae good vacation for family.

This is my favorite place to stay!!! The rooms are clean, the service is great, and the view is amazing!!!! Can‘t beat it!
